Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Corgi Model Club apparel, but if your fit isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
